Welcome to Henderson’s Artisan Bakery & Café
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 7.30 in the morning to 4.00 pm. We make everything on site daily, using fresh local ingredients where possible and organic flour.
We have seating inside and outside, with a gazebo to help during inclement weather. All service is at the counter.
We always have a range of home made pastries, bacon sandwiches, coffees and teas, morning buns, light lunches and afternoon cakes available. Everything is also available for takeaway.
It is of great help if you are able to order bread and pastries in advance, to both enable us to plan quantities and reduce waste and for you to get everything you want. You will find the order form link at the top of the page.
Our full range will be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with a more limited range on Monday and Thursday.
Please use the order form link at the top of this page. Orders should be placed by 12 noon the day before or earlier, 48 hours for sourdough. We are not currently offering delivery.
Located on the Market Square in Salisbury, Wiltshire, Henderson’s is an independent bakery and cafe.
All our breads, buns, cakes and pastries are handmade on the premises using only the finest ingredients, many of which are locally and sustainably sourced. Come and choose from our range of loaves, including classic sourdough, rustic white, focaccia, wholemeal and rye breads.
We also offer light lunches, which include a seasonal soup in the winter, quiches, homity pie, sandwiches and panini, and a more salad based menu in the summer. There’s always something vegan too.
